Cutting out old problems. Grinding of flutes canbe a time-consuming process due to the heavy stockremoval involved. GENERAL SAFETY RULES

Always strictly follow the safety rules prescribed for Toolgaltools as well as the instructions for the use of machinesand/or electrical tools. Always strictly keep to safety rulesissued by organisation responsible for the preventionof accidents.To avoid risks associated with the use of rotating toolsit is strongly recommended to use the utmost cautionand concentration when working.Always wear correctly sized gloves that allow the sensitivitynecessary to operate the tool correctly and give adequateprotection in the event of the blade being touched duringuse.Install only tools in perfect condition that are recommendedfor the material to be worked and that are suitable forthe type of machine used.Do not use cracked or deformed tools.Check that the balancing, keying and centering of rotarytools is carried out correctly.Fix the tool correctly using the proper tightening andadjustment devices.Remove all tightening and adjusment devicesbefore use.Check that the tool rotates in the correct direction.Always use safety glasses or protective screens to protectthe eyes.The work area and the area around the machine mustbe free of obstacles.The work area must be properly lit.Before starting any kind of work, install all of the saftydevices prescribed by the builder of the machine orpower tool.Any shaving / dust suction equipment must be used atthe same time as the tool.The operator must be at least 18 years old and of theminimum age prescribed by the laws in force. They mustbe adequately trained in the use of the machine or powertool.Avoid using machines of power tools in the event of anyillness or physical condition that may reduce reflexes orawareness and increase exposure to risk.Do not use the machine or power tool under the influenceof alcohol or drugs.
