• Review actions very closely with a critical eye• Analyze actions and motivations• Identify errors• Invoke penalty for errors
What does a great Coach do?
• Identifies and recruits talent• Understands strengths/weaknesses of players• Sees the overall picture of his/her team• Develops players based on their strengths• Provides feedback to adjust behaviors
