In my role as a coach I help to identify, clarify and simplify what you need to do so you are able to go to the next level faster. Prior to our first coaching session please complete the following questionnaire so I have a clear picture of where you are currently at and what you are wanting to achieve. The more details and information you are able to provide prior to our session the more we will be able to achieve in our time together.

Learning from our past

Please provide a brief outline of your background. Such as how long you have you been in your current career and what you were doing prior. What you see as your natural talents and skills that you have developed in your work experience.

Please attach a copy of your KPIʼs(these are the numbers that relate to your business see example attached which is real estate specific. If you do not currently have these spreadsheeted) a handwritten version is fine. A twelve month history of your numbers is preferred. The most important numbers initially are :
