COACHING FOR WORK PERFORMANCE – “THE SECRET LIFE OF GROUPS” OVERVIEW This programme is aimed at management and / or individuals / teams and will provide participants with the evidence based understanding (positive & coaching psychology), knowledge and practical coaching strategies to facilitate and manage personal, individual and group performance and wellbeing in the workplace. DURATION 1 Day Number of Participants 124 OBJECTIVES On completion of this programme, participants will understand key elements of: Developing their potential and managing their performance more effectively. A better sense of control, increased resourcefulness, motivation, impetus and confidence. Individual difference, effective interpersonal relationships and the ability to Positively motivate and influence self and other. Emotional intelligence, emotional fitness, selfmanagement and selfcare. Better decision making. SUMMARY CONTENT Stages of Change. Understanding the Self Individual Style and Motivation. (Pario Executive Metric) Stress Fitness Test. How the mind works. (Fast & Slow) Individual Difference and the “Secret Life of Groups”. (Group Dynamics.) Solution Focused Communication. “Walk & Talk”.
