COACHING FOR WORK PERFORMANCE – “THE SECRET LIFE OF GROUPS” OVERVIEW This programme is aimed at management and / or individuals / teams and will provide participants with the evidence based understanding (positive & coaching psychology), knowledge and practical coaching strategies to facilitate and manage personal, individual and group performance and well-‐being in the workplace. DURATION 1 Day Number of Participants 1-‐24 OBJECTIVES On completion of this programme, participants will understand key elements of:
• Developing their potential and managing their performance more effectively.
• A better sense of control, increased resourcefulness, motivation, impetus and confidence.
• Individual difference, effective interpersonal relationships and the ability to Positively motivate and influence self and other.
