this edge will need to be removed toallow the seat to fit flush to the support

it would probably help toadd a wedge right here

8 1/2” X 1/4” X 20 bolt(the head will be covered by the handle bar)

cut sections of 1 1/4” dowel touse as a spacers between thewheel and the frame.
The Bike Frame
(These three wedge-shaped pieces are not in the patterns because they’reessentually straight cuts with beveled edges (to match the angle formedby the two halves of the frame.)

I suggest gluing a 2” disk ofthin plywood (luan) to eachside of the wheel to hold thebearing in place.
