Peat (Full Proof) - Elements of Islay 9.5 A blend of single malts from around the island of Islay, a big, punchy ‘full-throttle’ dram with notes of roasted fruit, smoke and roasted spice bottled at 59.3%abv

Craigellachie 2006 12 year old Old Malt Cask 15 Aged exclusively in a single ex-sherry butt, it has notes of red berries, summer flowers, buttery shortbread and honey. The finish brings rich toffee, orange, espresso and dark chocolate flavours that linger

Port Askaig 10 year old - 10th Anniversary 16 Aromas of woodsmoke and burning embers, pancakes-and-bacon and ripe bananas, while the palate has notes of butternut squash, warm spices, green olives and fresh samphire, with a strong undercurrent of rich peat smoke

Glenfarclas 2007 “Marriage of Casks” 17.5 Aged in a pair of sherry casks. A subtle and refined style of sherried Glenfarclas, this has notes of raisins, nutmeg, sherry and fruity chocolate.

Laphroaig 1998 17 year old, Old Malt Cask 30 Distilled in June 1998 and aged in a used Bourbon (16 for cask for 17 years. A rich, peaty whisky, the palate 25ml) offers notes of bonfire smoke, salty driftwood, warm spices and citrus fruits.

Bruichladdich 1990 26 year old, Cask 172 35 An Islay Single Malt bottled at cask strength, this (19 for has aromas of Christmas spice and chocolate brownies 25ml) with a flavour profile ranging from black liquorice and coffee to red apple and buttered bread. One of only 508 bottles produced.

Bladnoch 1990 27 year old 42 Bladnoch distillery closed back in 1993 and this (22 for is a whisky distilled during its final years as part 25ml) of the United Distillers stable, very much a golden era. It’s a fruity and grassy dram in the traditional lowland style, and is a proper slice of lost whisky history

Bowmore 1991 25 year old 110 Complex nose of coastal notes with hay and (58 for seaweed and gentle, fruity aromas of lemon, pears 25ml) and gooseberries. The palate brings flavours of passion fruit and grapefruit and a gentle peatiness
