●First,pour some oil in a flat pan with one clove of garlic and two onions cut into pieces.

●Then, add small pieces of cod, the milk and the flour.

●Next,stir it with a wood-spoon until you get a dough.

●When the dough is cold, put it into the peppers with a small spoon.

●Later, coat the peppers with flour, egg and bread crumbs and then fry them.

●Finally, you can cover the peppers with tomato sauce.
