To foster a mentoring program for new coffee hosts whereby new hosts would be pairedwith experience hosts to "learn the trade".To recruit volunteers to provide coffee hosting for the Sunday services and for specialservices at St. Thomas.To instruct those hosts on their responsibilities with regard to:

preparationadministrationcleanup

To do follow-up with all volunteersTo assess the efectiveness and usefi~lness f each post-service time.To inventory supplies and order the necessary replacements (or designate someone).
