Rules & Requirements1. All persons entering grounds do so at own risk. Competitors compete at own risk. 2. Coffs Harbour Pony Club reserve the right to change the ring & program order as numbers dictate3. All competitors MUST be a member of a Pony Club affiliated with the PCA of NSW. Full pony club uniform must be worn including

ASNZ 3838, ASTMF1163 or EN 1384 approved helmet and boots4. LED line riders must stay on the lead all day. NO EXCEPTIONS5. Beginner Riders open to U10. Horses are ridden independently – no lead lines. Walk & trot only. (MUST STAY IN THIS RING ALL DAY)6. JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL IN ALL EVENTS7. One horse one rider applies – must be owned by a member of the competitors club, or have a PCA lease.8. All horses must have current grading card. (card must be handed in with nominations) 9. Ribbons to 6th place. (judge’s decision is final)10. Entry in events deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.11. Please notify Judges if eliminating from event.12. STABLES MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE LEAVING THE GROUNDS. UNCLEAN STABLES WILL INCUR A FINE TO RIDERS CLUB.13. Pony club helmet must be presented for gear check. (club team managers are responsible for all members to have correct equipment)14. STRICTLY NO DOGS allowed15. All horses must be currently vaccinated for Hendra. HENDRA CERTIFCATES & PIC NUMBERS MUST BE PRESENTED AS A

CONDITION OF ENTRY HORSES must not be left unattended at floats (If not been ridden stables & yards are provided)..
