Conceptualization & Design: Executed in Two to Four Week Sprints

• Kickoff: We immerse ourselves in your project to understand your strategic intent and stakeholder

needs, establishing constraints and identifying opportunities to develop a shared vision and

project charter.

• Develop user stories and concepts: We identify and draft user and technical stories and

estimations, develop product backlogs and prioritize features. Through creating UI wireframes,

we build concepts and feature lists to test and then build into functional prototypes. As needed,

identify user needs.

• Prototyping development and validation: We create functional prototypes with core features of

as we revise wireframes.

Build and Validate: Executed in Two to Four Week Sprints

• Foundation set-up: We develop a strong cloud-native digital platform, define the system

architecture, baseline dependent software and libraries, and identify cloud native design and
