• Determine business transformation goals. We detail your business priorities, objectives and market differentiation; catalog current initiatives and investments; build leadership support; and develop a hypothesis about value creation opportunities based on.

• Conduct value stream analysis. We conduct high level mapping of applications to the business value chain. We analyze your applications portfolio based on value dimensions such as business value and differentiation, lifecycle stage, velocity needs, business scalability, resiliency needs and process re-engineering.

We analyze organizational readiness and identify

change management implications, including effects on stakeholders, business and IT operating models, the current extent of the Agile mindset internally, skills required, etc.

• Define future operating model. We establish the future-state operating model for the pilot, analyze pilot applications in detail and define the future-state architecture
