MaintenanceAt K&G Engineering we are able to offer a complete maintenance service.We have a supervised team of experienced and skilled engineers who areable to respond quickly to your needs.
On a breakdown basis, we can undertake manufacture or repair ofcomponent parts, thus reducing production downtime.
If costly breakdown situations are becoming too frequent, we canintroduce a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule reducing theseuntimely events.
We are able to undertake projects from start to finish, carrying out riskassessments, providing method statements and managing the project,including civil work, siting of equipment and running of required services.
We work closely with electrical engineers who can carry out electricalinstallations, fault finding and control panel building. They are alsoqualified to carry out portable appliance testing which can be done on site or in our workshop depending on our clients needs.
We have a waste carrier’s licence that permits us to remove redundantmaterials, plant and machinery from site and dispose of them inaccordance with current waste disposal regulations.
Should you need welding on site, we are able to offer comprehensivewelding solutions – TIG, MIG, Oxy Acetylene and Arc.

Fabricated Products for theCatering IndustryK&G Stainless is a division of K&G Engineering, which prides itself onfabricating quality products to your specification, for the cateringindustry. We produce bespoke stainless steel equipment that is fullywelded and polished, to create an aesthetic and easily cleaned finish.

Not only do we manufacture, but we offer a complete installationservice. This includes all electrical and plumbing works, removing thetime consuming job of finding these additional specialist services toinstall the kitchen – and because we’re manufacturing and installing,from purchase to delivery, the process is streamlined.
Our custom made canopies are fabricated from 1.2mm grade 304 brushed stainless steel and can be suppied in island or wall mounted configurations.
All our welding is dressed to match the grain on the visible surfaces. If joins are required, the fixings are internal, thus creating a hygenic,easy to clean surface.
A service contract is available that provides for a twice yearly airextraction check and filter inspection to ensure optimum efficiency.
