Process Order info system

Definition:-

Entire production accounting of PP-PI manufacturing set up is accounted through the Process Order. Process order contains entire production related details like

Material required to make the product from BOMOperation / Phase sequence detail from Master RecipeRouting Batch for materialStart date and end date …etc,

When the production process is completed, it is reported in the system through the process of confirmation. After the confirmation, entire accounting procedure in SAP like variance calculation, WIP calculation and settlement are done with reference to the process order.

By knowing the process order number, entire history of manufacturing can be obtained at any given time.

Process order info system is an excellent report which will give lot of information and various screen navigation options.

Press Twice COID – Individual Object List

1. Press Enter .

2. Press Profile .

3. Select 000001 - Standard profile in list box.

4. Maintain the following data:Field Name ValuesPlant Enter value in Plant.

Basic start date

Enter value in Basic start date.

to Enter value in to.

5. Press Execute .

List of process orders are displayed.6. Press Exit .

7. Press Exit .
