The blockage of berlin(by Stalin)
Berlin wall-A mini iron curtain that separates berlin into east and west, the east being under stalin`s control.\
Why Stalin did it: Stalin promised that he could take care of his `own people` but in reality he lied and brought more oppression. He couldn`t stand the West`s intervention and this resulted in a physical border, the Berlin Wall.
How the U.S. responded: Truman kept sending relief and support through the Berlin Airlift.
