-The Berlin Wall was a barrier that divided Berlin from 1961 to 1989. The significance of the Berlin Wall is that it showed the different ideologies between the different governments. The Berlin Wall can teach us about the global issues in America.

The Creation of the “Iron Curtain”
-The Iron Curtain was mostly used as a metaphor. The Significance of the Iron Curtain is that it was used to stay away from open contact with the West. The Iron Curtain teaches us what was to become the Cold War.
