Knowledge, Ability, and Skill: Working knowledge of office practices and procedures; working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to departmental functions.

Skill in typing and computer applications; ability to organize financial records; ability to operate various types of office equipment including a computer.

Ability to deal tactfully and appropriately with city departments, and to assist others in an effective manner.

Physical Requirements:Duties may require intermittent light to moderate physical effort in carrying, lifting or moving light-weight materials or equipment, walking and/or standing approximately half of the time in a typical office environment.Ability to operate a keyboard.

FRINGE BENEFITS:Benefits are covered by the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement.
