MHRD Order Regarding NVEQF Salient features of this Order• Introduction articulates the transformation of ‘input’ based learning to ‘learning outcome’ based

learning.

• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) – a pathway for our informal learning in all sectors – plumbers, drivers, artisans, domestic workers to acquire qualifications and progress their careers.

• Alignment to NSDC QA norms for Training Content - Note the clear mandate for Trainer Guides, Trainee Workbooks. Validation by SSCs.
