success – deadline first week of June • Held meetings to discuss lessons learned on previous
projects in the region
Lessons Learned from Previous Work: • Community based program does not allow for
accurate assessment of weather on sites greater than 100km away
• Pilot hours can get maxed out during weather delays – reduces progress
• Remote camp depends on recce flights to confirm that equipment can be mobilized

sites (Rea or Drake Point) to allow for ‘local’ work on weather days and minimize weather disruptions
