'92 Theater Records, 1921- Collection 2000-67 Preliminary Inventory Contains scrapbooks from student theater productions, 1921 - Fall 1985, by the Paint and Powder Club (1921 - mid 1940s), its successor, the '92 Theater Company, and its successor, Second Stage. Also included in these scrapbooks are documentation of occasional productions of the Deutsche Verein, Le Societe Fran<;aise, and interfraternity plays. Included in the scrapbooks are production photos, programs, posters, clippings and reviews from the Argus, Hartford Courant, and New York Times, set and costume designs, and occasional rehearsal/cast photos. Other items in this collection include a scrapbook of the Circle Theater, Middletown, 1963-64; retirement presentation photo album given to Ralph Pendleton, 1974; brief subject files documenting the history of '92 theater productions, including an extensive typescript history by Carol Huntington covering the years 1930-1973; Wesleyan theater program self-study report, 1983; production photos (mounted) related to a 1947 television production of Macbeth on WRGB, Schenectady, NY, and several additonal mounted photos, ca. 1935-42; 33 113 and 78 phonodiscs of incidental music to theater productions composed by Richard Winslow, David McAllester, and Gerry Jaffee, and sound recordings of production excepts, 1937- ca. 1952. Preliminary Inventory

Contains scrapbooks from student theater productions, 1921 - Fall 1985, by the Paint and Powder Club (1921 - mid 1940s), its successor, the '92 Theater Company, and its successor, Second Stage. Also included in these scrapbooks are documentation of occasional productions of the Deutsche Verein, Le Societe Fran<;aise, and interfraternity plays. Included in the scrapbooks are production photos, programs, posters, clippings and reviews from the Argus, Hartford Courant, and New York Times, set and costume designs, and occasional rehearsal/cast photos.
