BACKORDERS• All backorders totaling over $50 per item that arrive at

Progressive’s warehouse within 45 days from the invoice date will be shipped under freight terms of the original order.

• Backorders after 45 days or under $50 per item will be cancelled. Please add these items to your next order.

• No backorders for export customers.

CLAIMS• All shipments must be counted and each carton

inspected at the time of receipt for any damages or shortages.

• Any exceptions must be noted on freight receipt. Example: 3 cartons short, 1 carton crushed, etc.

• Claims will not be accepted after 45 business days from the actual shipping date unless the item is returned due to damage or defect.

RETURNS• Return authorization (RA) numbers must be obtained

from a Progressive sales or customer service repres-entative, before merchandise can be returned.

Progressive International has strict quality standards for both our product designs and the materials used to manufacture. All Progressive International products are constructed from polycarbonate free materials known to be BPA Free. The products independently tested show a BPA Free badge on the packaging for easy identification. On the pricelist, there will be an X indicating if this product has been independently tested.
