Usernam e and Password are what you use for ot her account s in CISD.

Username is your three initials and the last four digits of your your CHS ID. Example: abc2345.

Password is the same for all other CISD network accounts.

FERPA MUST be completed before we can send any documents. In your Common App account, click on the “My College” tab, then on the left hand side click “Assign Recommenders” then the FERPA Release Authorization is the first item on that page.
