Registration We reimburse the lowest cost registration only. We will not reimburse for late fees!

Hotel CostThis is where the majority of mistakes occur!

It is based on a standard per diem cost split 4 ways.

It is listed on the College Board website.◦ http://www.umncollegeboard.com/reimbursement.php◦ Midyear- $34.50/night◦ APhA- $35.50/ night

That is the MAX amount you may ask for reimbursement for per night.

If your cost is less than the per diem rate you will be reimbursed for your actual cost.

Flight Cost All cost to you will be eligible for reimbursement. Just remember only a fraction of your cost will be reimbursed!

Transportation Gas

◦ We must have a list of who was in your car so we don’t reimburse multiple times

Shuttles/Taxis◦ We will only reimburse for travel to and from the airport

Rental Cars◦ WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR RENTAL CARS
