College Magazine Research

This is the background image for a college magazine in London, it

does not have many colours, possibly so that text over the top

of it will be more readable.

This one is very similar to the last in terms of the simplicity of the background image, although it give the impression of the

magazine being more intellectual simply as it is art work.

The cover in general is very bland with just a simple masthead, no

cover lines and no pull quotes, the only other main item on the cover is the authors name.

These however are different, they incorporate photographs but still manage the

text very well, I have decided that my magazine cover will have a photograph as a

background image.

I think a cover like this would attract possibly media students of the college, because of the film strip it makes

you think that the contents of the magazine has some relevance to media in some way.
