College Resources Slide Show• An organization that helps college bound students with

information on who, what, where, how to attend. This can be anything under the sun… financial aid, testing, entrance, etc.

• Examples include: Collegeboard, federal student aid, students.gov others we have talked about in class.

• You must research and take notes and choose one organization/topic and create an informational slideshow that is 7 to 10 slides long.

• Each group will present their findings in 2 class periods.

• Title: College Resource: Example: FASFA• Choose your teams Specific Topic• Research Your topic and read about it

together.• Analyze the websites/articles for credibility.• Decide on Your Talking Points by outlining

them in your journals.

FOCUS ON COMPLETING!

• Complete your slides.• Be sure to include a cover page and a citation

page (MLA).• Practice at least once as a run through to

know who is saying what.• Glue handout version of slides into journals.• Ms. Juarez expressed an interest to come

watch a class…be prepared.
