A Recap of 2010-2011
Ministered to 127 families & 280 kids through our Christmas Project;
500 Prisoner Packets for SCDC; Went online with a weekly prayer
alert 3rd Annual Women’s Enrichment
Event attended by 34 women & girls; 150+ health kits for migrant
workers; Early Bird & General Workers VBS
Clinics
A Recap of 2010-2011 Memorial Day to Labor Day
provided Sunday worship at Edisto Beach State Park utilizing members of Edisto Beach Church;
June – August provided 8 weeks of VBS at the State Park involving over 140 kids;
Over 1,000 Gospel packets distributed through CODE BLUE;
Provided a booth at the Rice Festival and distributed 320 gospel CDs
A Recap of 2010-2011 Held our 2nd Archery Outreach
Event attended by 100+ & 3 prayed to receive Christ;
Began a Mentoring Program at Colleton County High School;
Provided 200+ sessions of faith-based therapy through Covenant Counseling;
Provided ministry to local & transient Hispanics through ABC Hispanic Ministry
A Recap of 2010-2011 Provided opportunities for men
& boys through our quarterly Men’s Rally and our monthly Men’s Prayer Breakfast;
Encouraged a ministry of prayerwalking our schools;
wMu Leadership training events;
Monthly Ministers’ Conference for personal & professional growth;

Supported the World Changers Walterboro Project & assisted with the 2nd annual BLOCK PARTY Outreach Event;
16 churches assisted with the 2011 World Changers Walterboro Project;
Weekly and Monthly Ministries at Heritage Healthcare Senior Adult facility;
A Recap of 2010-2011 Held a spring “Associational
Fellowship Meeting” with Dr. Ken Hemphill as our guest speaker;
Provided a training meeting with Dr. Hemphill for ministers & wives;
Began an Associational Church Plant to target the under 40 age group;
CODE BLUE Gospel Ministry 6,400 Gospel packets have been
distributed directly into homes since May, 2009. That’s one-third of the total number of homes in Colleton County;
Distribution is the 2nd Saturday of each month, 9:30am at the CBA office;
Multi-housing Ministry At Druid Hills Apartments, we have
expanded our ministry to include a quarterly “event’ for residents as well as the monthly outreach to kids;
Over 25 have prayed to receive Christ as a result of the ministry there;
We plan to begin an adult Bible study in there in 2012;
Ongoing CBA Ministries Men’s Prayer Breakfast 2nd
Saturday of each month at 8:00am;
Quarterly Men’s Rally;
Ministers’ Conference the 1st Tuesday of each month;
Ongoing CBA Ministries HOPE Bible study every Thursday,
6:00pm – 7:30pm at the CBA Office. At least 2 people have prayed to receive Christ through the ministry of CCW/MJC this year;
Covenant Counseling available on Monday, 9am-2pm (Michelle Jones) and Monday & Thursday, 6pm-8pm (Derrick Williams);
Tuesday afternoon worship at Heritage Healthcare;
Ongoing CBA Ministries Ministry to permanent & transient
Hispanics through the ABC Regional Hispanic Ministry;
Publication ministries including the monthly E-clippings, periodic LeaderLines, weekly Prayer Alerts, and the website at www.colletonbaptist.org
