Hi I’m Collin Kim.I am going set sail And visit three different places in the worldwith some of my friends! My boat is called the ‘sea serpent’. Some of my friends will be coming with me: they are Thomas, Kevin, and maybe; Jeonghoon, Han, Archie and Daniel. The cities that we are going to visit are Barcelona (Spain), Shanghai (China) and New York City (New York, U.S.A). We will set off on the 17th of August and come back approximately on the 18th of January. We will need some equipment to help us on this superb adventure!

Ah… What a wonderful

day to have an adventure.

Today is the 17th of

August and I’m just

getting my boat cleaned

and checking if there are any problems with it. I’ve just got the engine going and here we go!!! My friends and I were talking about what we should do at all those cool places.

I’m in Shanghai rightnow with my friends.It’s amazing that we’ve come to Shanghai in just only two days!!!My friends and I are unpacking the stuff that we brought. My friends and I had always wanted to come to Shanghai because we could goon our boat at night. Also we wanted tocome because we always wanted to seethe whole city from the top of Pearl Tower. Another reason was that we could have a tour around the water towns or go to Mt. Huangshan.

In Shanghai

We’ve finally arrived at Barcelonaafter 1 month and 4days!!! We wantedto come to Barcelonabecause we could watchsoccer games from our hotel room balcony because the stadium is right in front of our hotel!!!Another reason we wantedto come to Barcelona isbecause there is a good viewfrom the Sagrada Familia.The most important reason however was we wanted to see the F1 race course(Formula 1 is the highest level of motor racing) .

Arrive in Barcelona

We finally arrived at the lastdestination of theadventure, thenwe are going back home. Anyway,we wanted to come here because we could see the view from the Empire State Building. We alsocould go to Central park and play chess. We could go up the Statueof Liberty, or go to the 911 GroundZero. Another reason is, we couldwatch a baseball match, go to Time square or go to Broadway and watch a play in the theatre.

tired right now

because we’ve been

travelling for about 5

months! But it was so amazing that we never got into bad weather or a whirlpool . Also my laptop

wasn’t so useless because I used it

to look up recipes that tells you

how to make food on a boat.
