There are 3 Primary colors

YELLOW
They are the only three colors you can not mix and make. But are the base of
every color.
Secondary Colors
Secondary colors are the result of the mixing of two Primary colors
Red + Blue = Purple
Blue + Yellow = Green
Yellow + Red =Orange
Tertiary Colors
Tertiary colors are the combination of a Primary color and a Secondary color.
Tertiary colors are very diverse.
Green + Yellow = light green
Red + Purple = Magenta/Bright purple
The Result of the color is based on the cooler color.
Complementary Colors
Complementary colors are colors across from each other on the color wheel
Red – Green
Blue – Orange
Yellow – Purple
They “complement” each other because of there great contrast, which makes
