Writing Wednesday – You are going to be writing about your own imaginary planet. Collect ideas

You might want to make a mindmap to help you remember good ideas! Thursday – Use the plan to gather ideas so you can write about your own imaginary planet.

You will need to come up with a name for your planet and think about what it looks like. There might also be some strange weather on your planet!

Friday – Write a factfile about the imaginary planet you invented yesterday. You can read this factfile about Mars to give you ideas about what a factfile looks and sounds like. You might want to use the ‘Sound Like an Expert’ toolkit that we learnt when we wrote our Sir Ironsoul report. You can post your finished factfiles on Twitter @turq_columbia!

Maths Monday – Answer the multiplication questions using the grid method. You choose your level

of difficulty (two digit by two and three digit OR one digit by two digits).

That means they use the first letters to make a sentence that makes sense. Look at the examples and think of one of your own!
