COLOMBIAN COAL MINE CONCESSION FOR JOINT VENTURE. WE REQUIREINVESTMENT PARTNER. MORE OR LESS 2 MILLION USD

COLOMBIAN COAL MINE CONCESSION FOR JOINT VENTURE. WE REQUIRE INVESTMENT PARTNER. MORE OR LESS 2 MILLION USD

COAL MINE IN THE CESAR Location: La Loma coal zone, close to the DRUMOND company, COAL CORP, PRODECO, CARBOMINE, CARBONES DEL CESAR, and 165

kilometers from Santa Marta's port. Total Area: The project begins with the contract grant of 5,000 acres in its first stage, and continues with 13,311 hectares (3 acres) at its

second stage, for a total of 18,311 hectares of the project. Coal grade "A" and "B" mantles identified: 10 mantles for a total of 25 m with a thickness ranging between 1 and 6

meters, and the report prepared by the Geological Survey Area of Carbocol in 1992, indicates that the area, where mine is located, that we may have from 400 to 800 meters of

coal accumulated in several coats open pit mining, which exist in the area various formations such as cuervos, la luna, la quinta, Rionegro, cogollo, molino, barco, etc. And

according to seismic lines in the area, we have coal from 30 feet up to 196 feet deep, exactly the different configurations and according to reports by volume in the area of 5,000

hectares can be by volumetry about 100,000,000 metric tonsof coal to explode. Annual Production: First Stage: 1,200,000 tons per year Second stage: 2,400,000 Tons per year

Third stage: 3,000,000 Tons per year Upgrading coal reserves.: Interpolated the information, we get to an area of 4,500 hectares, An action of 594,000,000 MT'sQuality of coals:

glowing coals of the area has the following values: Humidity: 6.5% Ash: 6% Volatile Matter: 34% Sulfur: 0.7% Calorific value: 11,400 to 12,400 BTU / Lib. Fixed Carbon: 52%

Validity of license: 27 Years Current Time Exploration: 2 Years Fees and policies: The day Land ownership: There are some great few estates and smallholdings to purchase,

we have no impediments. Average Distance: The average distance to ports of Santa Marta and Cienaga is 165 kilometers.

What we really need is a FINANCIAL MUSCLE. It doesn't need to be 10 million USD, it can be only 1 million USD. We only require more or less 1 million dollar to move

forward on this opportunity. This financial aid and team work will allow us to develop this and several mining projects that my company ALREADY HAVE.

I have attached the proposal that geologist sent me to start working on this new jobs in the area GKU-112.

We have the following documents of the concession contract GKU-112 until this day:

    Concession Contract

    Mining Register

    Mining Environmental Policies

Surface rent for the third year of exploration.

    INFORMATION FIELD

    We have mineralization sites

We have the names of the owners of: name of the farms, land records, etc. property registration number of all farms located within the polygon GKU-112

We have the CARBONERO BLOCK REPORT GUAYMARAL and therein lies our areas.

    IMMEDIATE FIELD WORK

Here I send my proposal from me to the geologist-geophysicist to develop these studies. After this studies are done we place the mine to a mining congress, if you plan to sell

is given value. The company that makes these studies, certificates them.

NTEGRATION OF INFORMATION MINE "LALUNA" MUNICIPALITY OF Bosconia and Valledupar.

    INTRODUCTION

After consulting the institutions that have information from the area, we present the workflow in the interpretation and integration of both geological and geophysical information

of the mine "LALUNA", Department of Cesar.

In principle these following information exists.

    OBJECTIVES

Integrating geological and geophysical information to define the presence of carbon and make a calculation of reserves, distribution of the backups.

forward as a result of this work, the geomorphologic map and integration with satellite imagery at 1:100,000 scale.

Guide future work in the area to reinforce the presence of coal in the area, there are few blankets and coal type

It requires apiques forward in the area, trenches, defined once the information is integrated.

    STAGES OF WORK FOR DEVELOPMENT

To advance the study of interpretation and integration of information from the mine the " LALUNA".(5,000 hectares) is necessary to fulfill the activities sequentially and some

    simultaneously.

    STAGE I

    1. Collecting information on work area.

    2. Analysis of the topography

    3. Satellite image interpretation

    4. Evaluation of geologic maps (Plate No. 40 among others)

    5. Evaluation of gravimetry, magnetometry and geoelectric (if any).

    6. Analysis of the well information (among others "The Deer").

    7. Reprocessing and interpretation of seismic data covering the mine "LALUNA" for the shallow part of the cut (500 meters).

    STAGE II

    Future Work

    1. Integration of information set out above.

    2. Field sampling and referencing GPS, including trenches and apiques.

    3. Geoelectric soundings in the initial area of work.

    4. Lab tests, including previous results.

    5. Mapping of geomorphology.

    PHASE III

    1. Drilling of three wells in the area of greatest opportunity of coal.

    2. Calculation of reserves.

    3. Preparation of the PTO

    4. Exploitation of resources found.

At each stage, the submission of the final report of the process.

The Phase I work will be done with three professionals and on 1.5 months (two geologists, a geophysicist) and a support person for the acquisition of information in

conjunction with the company interested in the job. (Dr. Victor Manuel Martnez Peralta).

As we agreed with Dr. Victor Manuel at the initial stage to accompany him and provide the resources for the achievement of the required information, Ingol will program and

manage the entities that possess the required information and formally.

Economically the initial phase will cost $ xx.000.000 (millions of pesos M / I.) That will have the following forms of payment:

v $ xxx dollars) at the start of the first stage

v $ xxxxx pesos) to present the first report (which was presented 20 days after onset).

v $ xxxxxxxxxxxx pesos) to the report of stage I

NOTE: We kindly request that the contracting company, that is to me, that once the process is complying fully with the requirements for acquiring information
