$17M in equipment returning from Afghanistan with 100% accountability and zero equipment loss. Managed the military training and readiness of small, medium and large organizations ranging in size

from 12 person teams to units of over 3000 Soldiers; developed training programs, and synchronized resource allocation resulting in full mission readiness ratings over a period of 8 years.

Coached and developed operations staff for 5 large organizations; developed effective systems to manage operations, personnel and logistics while achieving a rating of “T1-Fully Mission Capable”.

Organizational Development Applied change management methodologies to train Army combat units ahead of operations in Iraq and

Afghanistan resulting full readiness ratings for 22 of 22 units and their more than 2000 Soldiers. Conducted a national level review of the Afghan Ministry of Defense’s Operational Coordination Centers

resulting in the implementation of 11 out of 14 recommendations and new national standards. Managed two brigade (3k personnel) Sexual Harassment /Assault Response and Prevention programs

with 100% satisfactory case disposition and a reduction of incidents to near zero per 1000 Soldiers. Designed and managed two motorcycle safety programs effectively resulting in zero accidents or

injuries among 38 riders over the course of 2 years.
