Brief Introduction

It was early 2010 when it was decided to

establish a quality Apparel producing unit by

the name of "COMFORT APPAREL"

for an aim to Export Quality Apparels.

The division started from 200 machines with

an export target of aprox. 10,000 doz. per

month doing knit types of goods. The

division has taken gentle strides in making a

name for itself in the export market by

continous improvement in Quality and the

capacity. As of Feb. 2013 the company has

expanded from 200 machines to 650 sewing

machines with an increased capacity per

month to approx. 25000 doz. /month capabel

of doing all types of apparels that incudes

Knits, woven and denim.

The Major Focus of the company is on improving people needs through diversified

designs equipped with top of the line production facility supervised by professional

management right from order taking till the product reached the end user. The whole

philosophy of the company is to satisfy the customers by giving timely Quality Products

at competitive price.

Cutting Precision is the match word of this department. Meticulous attention to details and cutting is the first step in quality assured finished products .The 100% inspection of finished fabric as per requirement is preliminary measure prior to cutting, which is

followed then by ratio wise marking / cutting, panel numbering and then size wise bundling.

Trial Runs as a routine in order to avoid any possible discrepancy (ies). Stitching Trial run for several numbers of garments prior to bulk production is to make sure that the bulk production is constant in conformity of inline products with applicable quality parameters and due inline inspections by our in-house quality team.

As a part of Comfort Group, The comfort print is amongst the oldest print facility of the town. It is fully equipped with all state of art machineries and human resources. The facility is geared up to print right from small quantities to huge runs. The print facility is capable of handling,
