“ I love the sameday serviceand affordablemonthly plan . . .”
1. Join the crowd. A survey byHoneywell, Inc. found that about 55% ofAmerican homeowners have their heatingand cooling equipment professionallyserviced at least once a year. They knowthat an annual “clean & check” tune-up isone of the best home maintenanceinvestments you can make.
2. Save money. Studies have found thatfuel bills go up an estimated 10-15%because of inefficient equipment operationand annual maintenance extends equipmentlife by as much as 20-30%. This translatesto years of additional usage for yourfurnace or boiler. Also, more than half ofthe costly emergency repairs we do couldhave been avoided with regularmaintenance.
3. You may save your life and that ofloved ones! Small cracks in a heatexchanger or problems with flue pipes canallow deadly carbon monoxide gas to buildup inside your home. Hundreds of peoplein the United States lose their lives eachyear to carbon monoxide tragedies.Sometimes entire families get wiped out.The danger signs can be subtle. Our trainedservice technicians know how to spot them.
4. This is not a job for do-it-yourselfers. You may be handy with toolsand even know your way around HVACsystems a bit. But modern heatingequipment has gotten very sophisticated. Our service technicians are equipped withan array of electronic devices and tools toproperly service today’s units.
5. We’ll tell you if you’re behind thetimes! Some ancient furnaces and boilers
may be operating okay but still wastingmoney on heating bills. Efficiencyimprovements have been dramatic over thepast few decades. Even if your old systemis still working okay, it may makeeconomic sense to replace it for a rapidpayback in energy savings. We can do anenergy audit of your home and let youknow what kind of savings to expect fromequipment replacement and how manyyears it would take to pay back a newinstallation. We also can tell you aboutsavings achievable from so-called “smartthermostats” that automatically controlindoor temperature based on your lifestyle.
6. A service agreement triggerstune-ups automatically. Our serviceagreement customers don’t have toremember to call for periodic tune-ups. Wecontact them with a reminder and schedulea service call at a time that’s convenient tothem. They also receive priority service anddiscount pricing. Give us a call and askhow you can join the growing ranks of ourservice agreement family.
7. It’s not only what you do, it’s whoyou do it with that counts. Almost allHVAC companies offer the kind ofmaintenance service described here. Butwe’ll stack our knowledgeable servicetechnicians up against anyone’ s. Call us ifyou want someone you can trust to visityour home. Call us if you want to be surethey will leave the work area cleaner thanthey found it. Call us if you want.
