Special hinge system offers easy installation, maintenance and

operation. Capatibility of opening in both directions. Independent 4point adjustable sealing system.

Any damages to insulation elements are prevented by use

of special hinge system. As hinge loosened, front door moves

forward by itself.

Perfect natural circulationand maximum heat trans-fer are obtained thanks to the circulation water inlet which is located bottom

rear, allows balanced large water galleries inside the

boiler.

Aesthetic Appearance: Boiler cover jackets are protected agains corrosion and external factors by 3 features: 1. Hot dipped Galvanized (GALVATITE®) steel material. 2. NOX & CO EMISSIONS

Large combustion chamber allows complete burning along with low flame temperatures, by use of optimal heat transfer surfaces. Burner comparability in compliance with the norms, allows hazardous gasses such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide to be kept below European norms. These values are all tested in EU accredited labs and have obtained the right to be used in all of the environment sensitive European nations.

The New Cortena Series All-in-one pellet boilers

Cortena Series are designed to fit houses with limited spaces. It is a true plug & play product as it includes all features required in a boiler room with its built-in Circulation pump, expansion tank, plumb-ing, modular burner and optional plate heat exchanger, it ensures to occupy the lowest possible space in a boiler room.

It features a 100 Litre fuel tank which enables prolonged times of operation. An auto cleaning system is also integrated to the modular burner system, eliminates the need for opening up the boiler to clean and restart the operation adding up to the comfort of the house as well as increasing the overall effi-ciency.

Cortena boilers are all equipped with top of the line safety measures. Pressure discharge valves pre-vent any damage in an event of unexpected pressure increase inside the combustion chamber. All Child level accessible doors are protected with child locks.

An observation glass is provided to check the operation and interior of the combustion chamber. Main-tenance made easy. Cortena series are all equipped also with a modular burner which is a feature commonly featured by larger boilers.
