Auto is searchable.

You can view at a glance the

markets available for

online quoting.

To initiate your Commercial Auto quote, click on “Quote Now” when you have found the correct class. Click here for a printable 8-page list of the 1017 classes available online.

Enter the insured’s information. When you enter the zip code, the city and state will fill-in automatically. Throughout the quote process, several screens will pop-up, allowing you to quickly move to the next screen.

You may check “Test Quote” if you need to train your

staff or practice.

As you move through the

screens, track your progress in the

menu on the left.

IMPORTANT! Hit “Next” (not your Enter key) to move to the next step.

When searching for classes, enter

one word to access list.

If you have an appointment with CNA, Travelers or Safeco, uncheck that box so you don’t block your own quote with those carriers!

Enter the loss history. After you request to bind, you will provide loss runs for this client. The system is based on all drivers having good driving records. If this isn’t the case, Networked may be able to provide a quote outside the online system; it will take longer.

You may choose from several coverage

options.

Entering the VIN is optional. If you do enter it, the make,

model and year will automatically

populate.

You will need to know the MSRP for each

vehicle, regardless of the true new or used purchase price was.

Kelley Blue Book is a good source.

Click on “?” for more help with these blanks.

Continue to work through the screens,

entering vehicle information.

You may enter up to 12 vehicles.

When your vehicle list is complete, you will be

prompted to enter driver information. The “?” helps

you enter license numbers in the correct format.

It’s not required that the driver’s license # is valid—

the system does not pull MVRs. You must provide

the MVR after you request to bind.

Remember, the quote indication will only apply if all

drivers have good records.

Success! You’ve reached the quote page. The more frequently you use this tool, the faster you’ll get. Affiliates report they can quote one auto with two drivers in 10 minutes.

The Navigation bar reports your progress.

Quote clock – watch the progress of your quote as the information is transmitted to the carrier and results are received. Don’t hit any keys while you wait.

As your quotes come in, you can click to view the

details, save and/or print them.

If you want to change the quote, you may go

back to that section using the Navigation

bar. You must go forward by clicking

“Next” on each page. The Quote Clock will

start again.

PRINT SAVE

Personal use is not included in your quote; you may ask your Placement Specialist to add it before binding.

If you get “Delayed Rate” response, the system will generate an

automatic email to notify you when the quote is available. This happens

when the carrier’s website is experiencing heavy traffic.When you hit “Submit Binder Request,” an account

is set-up and your Placement Specialist is notified. She will email you requests for MVRs, Loss Runs and other documents that may be required. The carrier must approve the submission before it’s bound. Our system retains your quote for 30 days.
