STAND SPECIFICATIONS
The Reus Tradeshow and Convention Center will be the venue of the 39th Annual Meeting of the Spanish Nuclear Society.
Inaugurated in 2011, this complex has a sur-face area of 24,000 square meters and all the best equipment.
The Antoni Gaudí Auditorium, with seating for 754 people and equipped with four simulta-neous interpretation booths, is its most outstan-ding room.
The Center also has a Business Area appo-inted for holding high level meetings, as well as a Master Room – a well-lit, open-plan room measuring 107 square meters and equipped with a kitchen for use by catering services.
It also has an area for holding meetings and conferences that is divisible by panels into 12 rooms to adapt to the needs of any meeting and accommodate gatherings of up to 350 people.
The Reus Tradeshow and Convention Center will host the commercial exhibition of the SNE’s 39th Annual Meeting, where the latest, most innovative projects, products and services related to the different applications of nuclear power will be on display. It will be a unique opportunity for the sector professionals to present their companies.
The center has a bright, open-plan space measuring 6,500 square meters for exhibitions, with cafeteria, public address system, free Wi-Fi connection and direct access for stand assembly and disassembly.

STANDARD STAND MODULE SIZE: 3 m x 3 m x 2.50 m high- 32 cm high façade.- Tradeshow carpeting.- Aluminum sections.- White Melamine paneling.- General stand lighting.- Two-phase power supply, maximum 2,100 W (connected power).- Company name signage (not including the anagram).
Any element not included in this list (storage, furniture, etc.)will have to be contracted directly by the exhibiter.

drawing.- ThefinalstanddistributionwillbeinaccordancewiththeprocedurespecifiedbytheSpanish
Nuclear Society.- The stands will be handed over on Tuesday September 24 at 9:00 hours, and the exhibiters shouldfinishtheirinstallationsby12:00noononSeptember25.
- The exhibition will be inaugurated on Wednesday September 25 at 12:30 hours.- Removal of the equipment and displayed information will begin on Friday the 27th at 15:00
hours, and the grounds should be cleared by 20:00 hours on the same day.- Any matters not included in these contracting conditions will be resolved by the Steering Com-
