The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. XI, now invites bids for the procurement of the Proposed Construction of Covered Pathwalk at the COA Regional Office No. XI, C.P. Garcia Highway, Buhangin, Davao City. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the attached documents:

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Felix Roy M. Fernandez, Head - BAC Secreatriat at the address given from 8:30AM ot 5:00P.M. Monday to Friday.

Bids must be delivered to the address given on or before November 14, 2016, 12:00 Noon.

Bid opening shall be on November 14, 2016, 1:30 P.M. at the Lanzones Conference Room (2nd Floor), COA Regional Office No. XI, C.P. Garcia National Highway, Buhangin, Davao City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address given. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The COMMISSION ON AUDIT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. XI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
