online in the proforma application available in Website www.dseap.gov.in as

1. In pursuance of the orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.38,

School Edn. (Exams) Dept., dated:19/11/2014 applications are invited

for appointment of teachers through “Andhra Pradesh Teacher

Eligibility Test (TET) cum Teacher Recruitment Test.”

The application format is made available in website from 03/12/2014

to 17/01/2015.The eligible candidates can make application online

for recruitment to the posts of School Assistants, Secondary Grade

Teachers, Language Pandits, Physical Education Teachers in

Government, ZillaParishad, MandalParishad), Agency Schools under

the control of the District Educational Officers and Schools under the

control of Municipalities in the State through District Selection

Committee.

3. The applicants are required to go through the Information Bulletin

carefully and should satisfy themselves as to their eligibility for this

Recruitment, before making payment of fee and submission of

application.

4. The Information Bulletin will be available on website

(http://apdsc.cgg.gov.in) from the date of notification which can be

downloaded free of cost.

5. The applicants have to pay a fee of Rs. 250/- towards application

processing and conduct of Recruitment Test (for each post

separately) through APONLINE and e-seva centers between

02/12/2014 and 16/01/2015. The last date for payment of fee is

16/01/2015 and last date for submission of application online is

17/01/2015.

6. The step by step procedure for submission of application through

online will be given in USER GUIDE on website

(http://apdsc.cgg.gov.in) which will be made available from

03/12/2014. The post-wise vacancies in each district will be

available in web site (http://apdsc.cgg.gov.in).

7. AGE: Applicants must have completed the minimum age of 18 years

and must not have completed the maximum age of 40 years as on

1st July, 2014. However, in case of BC/SC/ST, the maximum age

limit is 45 years and in case of Physically Challenged the maximum

age limit is 50 years. Upper age limit for Ex-service Men: A person,

who worked in the Armed Forces of the Indian Union, shall be allowed

to deduct the length of the service rendered by him in the Armed

Forces and also three years from his age for the purpose of the

maximum age limit.

8. Qualifications: Post-wise qualifications as prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.38,

Edn., dated:19/11/2014 as given in the Information Bulletin.

9. Written Test: The applicant should take the test only in the district in

which She/He seeks recruitment.

11. The details of eligibility criteria, rule of reservation, structure and

syllabus for each category of post etc., are given in ‘Information

Bulletin.’

12. The candidates shall apply through online after payment of fee and

generation of reference ID. After filling online application, printout

should be generated. Candidates should submit all the relevant

certificates (hard copies) with self-attestation along with signed

printout application form to the District Educational Officer of

District concerned.

13. The last date of filling online application form is 17th January 2015 and

the last date for submitting printout copy with self-attestation

certificates will be 31st January 2015.

14. It may be noted that Hall Ticket shall not be issued unless online

application form is filled by the candidates and printout is submitted

to the District Educational Officer concerned.

15. Hall tickets will be issued to the candidates based on the data

furnished online. Hence mere issue of Hall Tickets and writing of

examination does not confer any right regarding eligibility.

16. Any irrelevant/wrong information/fake certificates found at any stage

the candidates will not be considered and are liable to be debarred

for all future recruitments besides liable for prosecution as per law.

17. The standard of questions for the examination will be at intermediate

level for SGT posts and at degree level for School Assistant posts.

18. After selection, candidates can opt any of the management like

Govt./ZP/Municipality.

19. The candidates applying must be fully qualified for the post applied

for and in possession of all Certificates as on the last date prescribed

in the notification for submission of applications.

20. Eligibility for each category of the post, reservations, mode of

selection, pattern of examination including duration, total marks and

qualifying marks and other procedure to be followed in selection are

as per G.O.Ms.No.38, Edn. Dept., dated:19/11/2014 and as per Govt.

Memo No.14846/Exams/2014, dated:02/12/2014. Candidates are

advised to go through this G.O. and Govt. Memo thoroughly before

payment of fee and filling the applications to know their eligibility.

21. The candidates who have passed SSC Examination in the concerned

medium of instruction or with the concerned Language as First

Language are eligible to apply for the posts of SA (Mathematics,

Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Studies & Physical

Education), SGT and PET in the concerned medium school except for

English medium posts. The candidates who have passed the

Intermediate / Degree Examination (Academic) in the concerned

medium of instruction or with the Language concerned as a subject

are also eligible to apply for the posts in that medium except for

English Medium posts. The SSC in concerned medium completed

before going for higher examinations will only be considered.

The SSC completed in concerned medium after completion of

higher exams will not be considered.

22. The number of candidates selected shall not be more that the

number of vacancies notified. There shall be no waiting list and

posts if any unfilled for any reason whatsoever shall be carried

forward for future recruitment.

23. The syllabus prepared for TET cum TRT examination-2014 is hosted in

the Website (http://apdsc.cgg.gov.in). The candidates may

download and prepare themselves accordingly.

24. The syllabus/topics given are only suggestive/indicative but not

exhaustive.

25. The candidates who are willing to work in Govt./MPP/ZPHS schools

including those in interior areas shall alone only apply for the post of

teachers.

In continuation of notification issued for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)

cum Teacher Recruitment Test and in pursuance of the orders of the

Government issued in G.O.Ms.No.215, Finance (HR.II) Dept.,

dated:21/11/2014 and Govt. Memo No.12788/Exams/2014, School Edn.

Dept., dated:25/11/2014, 1252 posts of teachers in Municipal Schools in the

State are notified through District Selection Committee is notified herewith in

addition to the posts already notified.

site (http://apdsc.cgg.gov.in) and candidates can apply through

online.
