JOB DESCRIPTION- JD sent- Call booked in to qualify the position with recruitment team / hiring manager- Agree SLAs for recruitment process- Passed to relevant specialist team to source. Quality assurance by leader.
SOURCING- Throughout vetting process, meet candidates (where possible)- 3 CV’s on shortlist within 24-72 hours- Head-hunt candidates through own network via referrals and our in-house database compiled in the relevant business area i.e. LTE Wireless Solutions, Cloud, SDN, Big Data, RAN, FMC, Semi-Conductors.
ON-BOARDING- Regular candidate contact to ensure smooth process- Reference checking- Compliance process - visa, travel booked, personal documentation- Ensure smooth offer acceptance process to on-board the candidate- Provide after-sales service
