CLEAN AIR ACT Chapter 4 : Institutional Mechanism

Section 39. Public Education and Information Campaign. A continuing air quality information and education campaign shall be promoted by the DENR, the Dep Ed, the DILG, the DA and Philippine Information Agency (PIA). Consistent with Section 7 of this Act, such campaign shall encourage the participation of other government agencies and the private sector including NGOs, POs, the academe, environmental groups and other private entities in a multi-sectoral information campaign
