The first phase contains three main objectives:
• Raise awareness about the 2030 Agenda and about the SDG4-E2030 in particular.
• Raise awareness about the social benefits of the implementation of SDG4-E2030 for the Right to Education
• Communicate key messages to build a collective imaginary about what quality, inclusive and equitable education could do.

• Education is changing
• Teachers and students as social agents of change
• Need for joint action for the environment
• Better quality work conditions for teachers and education workers
• Promote an inclusive and equitable educational community
• Education is a right to be guaranteed throughout life in formal and non-formal spaces
• Education as a right that implies responsibilities for States and citizens.

Some proposed actions for the Working Group
• Define spokesmen or special envoys E2030 LAC to lead the campaign.
• Links with other actors such as UN, universities, policy-makers, governments, civil society actors, to implement the campaign.
• Adapt global campaigns at the regional level.
• Converge the education campaigns of the member states, intergovernmental organizations and co-convenors at the regional level.
• Repository of on-line resources to optimize efforts.
