The Challenge• Staff were put into10 groups with

representatives from teaching staff, admin staff, learning support staff, ICT support staff , catering staff, evenly distributed across the groups.

• The Challenge was to prepare a presentation for members of a visiting Leadership team that outlined the key factors that contributed to good communication in the school.Reference to the IIP framework and how this helped were to be highlighted
