Chapter 11 Math Biblical Integration

Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life?

You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do

this or that.” James 4:13-15

Did you know? If you are 8 years old, you have been alive for:

96 months, which is the same as2,922 days, which is the same as

70,128 hours, which is the same as4,207,680 minutes, which is the same as

252,460,800 seconds.

Even though 252,460,800 seconds sounds like a long time, according to the verses in James, your life is a mist that appears for a while and then vanishes.

What objects in your life can you measure? ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
