How can you make/spread them?

We used an open-source software called Audacity. It enables you to use a microphone and record and edit the audio files, and export/save them.

You can distribute them by I-Tunes, Yahoo! Podcasting, the Internet, and your own blog/webpage. You can save them in mp3, wmv, and ogg vorbis for mass compatibility.
