Community  Comms  &  Your  Community  CAUSE  FUND  RAISING  OFFER  Community  Comms  Limited  works  with  communities  of  all  shapes  and  sizes  to  help  them  to  extract  the  value  of  their  collectives.  We  would  love  to  add  your  community  to  our  ever-­‐expanding  community  network.    Joining  Community  Comms  Collective  grants  each  community  access  to  our  full  portfolio  of  Cause  Fund  Raising  initiatives.  These  are  used  to  help  you  to  achieve  your  fund  raising  targets  and  even  set  new  ones.      Secure  Your  Community  Comms  Cause  Funding  Grant  Once  your  community  is  registered,  you  will  be  assigned  to  a  Community  Comms  Cause  Funding  Specialist.  We  then  help  you  to  evaluate  your  community  and  identify  the  most  suitable  opportunities  from  our  Cause  Funding  Portfolio.  Community  Comms  will  then  use  the  information  to  help  prepare  your  COMMUNITY  ENGAGEMENT  PLAN  and  allocate  your  CAUSE  FUNDING  GRANT  to  help  support  and  fund  the  activity.      Community  Comms  Concept  -­‐  Cause  Funding  &  Reverse  Marketing  Helping  communities  to  help  themselves      Community  Comms  are  pioneering  a  unique  approach  Cause  Funding.  We  utilise  commercial  opportunities  to  help  raise  money  to  address  the  needs  of  communities  in  the  UK.    We  work  with  them  to  market  their  communities  to  organisations  that  may  want  to  reach  them;  businesses  that  pay  commissions  for  engaging  their  target  customers.  “Reverse  Marketing  for  Causes.”    With  our  help  and  support,  communities  are  able  to  recognise  the  value  of  their  collective  and  how  it  is  significantly  enhanced  when  joining  Community  Comms.      We  can  help  community  groups  to  understand  the  tremendous  value  in  the  collective  of  individuals  that  support  their  causes  and  the  many  others  that  we  support  alongside  them.    We  provide  the  time,  money,  expertise  and  resources  required  to  help  get  the  word  out  to  supporters  and  manage  the  many  processes  needed  to  extract  and  claim  the  significant  monies  paid  into  the  private  sector  for  reaching  YOUR  people.      We  take  our  communities  profiles  to  leading  brands  along  with  our  “Community  Comms  Multi  Channel  Marketing  plans  to  negotiate  exclusive  market  leading  enhanced  deals  and  commissions  for  our  communities  to  put  back  into  their  coffers.      Monies  normally  paid  for  TV  ads,  Social  Media  advertising,  salespeople  calling  your  phone  or  knocking  at  your  door,  their  management  infrastructures  and  boards  of  directors  now  goes  to  YOUR  COMMUNITY  CAUSE.

COMMUNITIES  COMMISSION  WILL  WORK  WITH  YOU  TO  CREATE  A  BESPOKE  FUND  RAISING  PLAN    

1.Community  Comms  Limited  can  open  its  current  portfolio  of  commercial  fund  raising  opportunities  to  new  communities  upon  registration 2.Community  Comms  Limited  can  market  individual  and  collective  communities  to  organisations  that  support  our  “Cause  Funding”  approach  to  new  sales  /  lead  generation   3.Community  Comms  Limited  can  promote  your  community  alongside  our  Community  Comms  Collective  to  extract  higher  value  commercial  opportunities  for  our  collective 4.Community  Comms  Limited  can  present  commercial  “Cause  Funding”  opportunities  to  registered  communities  for  their  consideration  to  be  included  in  registered  community/  Community  Comms  Limited  Cause  Funding  Initiative  by  liaising  with  the  appropriate  person  at  the  appropriate  time  to  seek  the  community’s  authorisation. 5.Once  accepted  by  each  community,  Community  Comms  Limited  will  create  a  plan  to  maximise  the  value  of  each  opportunity  and  present  it  for  consideration  and  approval.  This  plan  will  be  presented  along  with  Cause  Funding  Grant  to  cover  any  costs  associated  with  the  activity  6.Once  approved  Community  Comms  Limited  will  add  the  opportunity  to  registered  communities  Promotion  Portfolios 7.Community  Comms  Limited  can  plan  and  facilitate  fund  raising  events  at  registered  communities  venues  and  any  others  that  may  be  beneficial  to  that  community 8.Community  Comms  Limited  can  provide,  unique  URL  and  Quick  Response  Coded  marketing  collateral  that  can  be  displayed  at  community  venues  or  shared  through  Social  Media  and  other  digital  platforms  to  grow  awareness  of  each  event  before   9.Community  Comms  Limited  can  provide  unique  URL  and  Quick  Response  Coded  marketing  collateral  that  can  be  displayed  at  the  venues  or  through  Social  Media  and  other  digital  platforms  to  allow  commissions  to  be  generated  after  the  events   10.Community  Comms  Limited  can  set  up  static  venue  stands  /  platforms  at  a  suitable  location  at  any  venue  recommended  by  registered  communities   11.Community  Comms  Limited  and  our  associates  may  offer  to  provide  promotional  activities  on  site,  always  pre-­‐approved  by  registered  communities   12.Community  Comms  Limited  can  employ  runners  to  engage  audiences  in  and  around  the  venues  to  enhance  the  fund  raising  activities   13.Community  Comms  Limited  can  train  and  prepare  any  volunteers  that  may  want  to  support  the  activities 14.Community  Comms  Limited  can  provide  unique  URLs  and  on  line  portals  for  products  and  services  to  be  viewed  and  purchased  by  your  patrons  on  line  and  via  Social  Media  Channels 15.Community  Comms  Limited  can  provide  use  of  a  Direct  Mailing  Platform  with  Quick  Response  Coded  literature  to  access  websites  and  on-­‐line  portals  for  products  and  services  to  be  viewed  and  purchased  by  your  patrons  on  line 16.When  required,  Community  Comms  Limited  will  provide  unique  codes  and  aids  for  purchase  to  ensure  purchases  and  arrangements  are  tracked  and  commissions  are  paid  to  the  appropriate  organisation  at  the  appropriate  time 17.When  required,  Community  Comms  Limited  can  provide  staff  and  resources  to  engage  and  present  opportunities  to  your  patrons.  (Face  to  Face,  Telephone,  or  Digital) https://www.communitiescommission.com/# 18.Community  Comms  Limited  can  pay  registered  communities  a  pre-­‐determined  fee  (commission)  when  a  product  or  service  is  purchased  or  a  patron  /  supporter  from  a  registered  community  has  signed  up  to  an  agreement  with  one  or  more  Community  Comms  Limited  associate  businesses.   19.Community  Comms  Limited  will  at  no  point  request  payment  for  any  services  from  any  of  its  communities.  ALL  COSTS  ASSOCIATED  WITH  COMMUNITY  COMMS  SUPPORT  AND  RESOURCES  ARE  COVERED  BY  YOUR  CAUSE  FUNDING  GRANT  COURTESY  OF  COMMUNITY  COMMS

The  Launch  We  would  normally  launch  with  a  Community  Comms  Roadshow  at  an  appropriate  facility  in  your  network.  A  gathering  or  event,  presentation,  competition,  something  that  brings  your  community  together  is  normally  a  good  launch  pad.    Community  Comms  Limited  could  plan,  organise,  set  up  and  manage  venue  stands  and  promotional  staff.  We  engage  with  the  footfall  of  patrons  and  supporters  at  each  venue  to  promote  our  new  initiative  for  each  community.  At  this  event,  we  can  develop  awareness  of  the  Fund  Raising  activities;  ensure  understanding  of  the  cause  we  are  fund  raising  for,  the  targets  of  the  project  and  introduce  the  current  range  of  “Cause  Funding  “consumer  and  business  products  and  services  that  can  help  generate  revenue  for  the  cause.    Along  the  way  we  can  have  some  fun  by  engaging  audiences  with  FREE  gifts,  pre  planned  activities  and  dynamic  ways  to  interact  with  our  initiative.    Should  Community  Comms  Limited  be  granted  access  to  your  community's  Digital  Channels  we  would  create  marketing  content  that  can  be  shared  to  warm  up  the  events.  Inviting  people  to  get  involved  before  the  events  and  preparing  them  for  the  commission  generating  opportunities  that  will  be  available  both  at  the  venue  and  on  line  and  after  the  event.      All  marketing  Content  would  be  sent  to  the  appropriate  person  at  your  community  for  authorisation  and  posting.

ENGAGEMENT.  

Roadshow  Launch  Activity  Community  Comms  Limited’s  access  to  both  the  facilities  and  digital  channels  would  provide  the  best  foundations  for  us  to  launch  our  very  unique  Cause  Fund  Raising  Initiative  for  your  community.    Digital  Marketing  –  We  propose  to  use  your  community’s  Social  Media  and  digital  platforms  to  promote  the  event  with  posts  and  adverts  spreading  awareness  of  the  event,  before  the  event.      Community  Comms  Limited  will  create  a  marketing  campaign  to  invite  people  to  help  raise  funds  for  each  community’s  chosen  cause  (to  be  confirmed  with  each  community)  by  visiting  our  Cause  Funding  Roadshow  stands  at  your  chosen  venues.  We  will  invite  patrons  and  supporters  to  take  part  in  activities  and  competitions.  These  would  be  pre  planned  by  Community  Comms  Limited  and  Your  Community.    Our  events  bring  a  buzz  and  energy  to  our  communities.  They  engage  audiences  and  increase  commitment  to  the  causes  we  support.  These  posts,  messages  and  videos,  once  approved  can  be

shared  across  the  Social  Media  network;  amongst  the  participants  that  follow  the  pages  providing  excellent  foundations  for  successful  fund  raising  projects.  

Business  to  Business  Commercial  Opportunities  Community  Comms  Limited  can  invite  Business  owners  in  the  networks  to  get  involved,  offering  a  range  of  Business  products  and  services  through  Community  Comms  Cash  Back  for  Causes  Scheme.  Some  of  our  commercial  opportunities  carry  phenomenal  commissions  for  Your  Community  and  tremendous  benefits  for  the  businesses  that  we  engage  in  your  network.      Community  Comms  can  manage  a  calendar  of  roadshows  that  will  see  us  re  visit  your  community’s  facilities  with  new  Cause  Funding  Opportunities  as  they  arise.

 Community  Comms  Limited’s  Exclusive  “Cause  Funding  “agreement  with  a  National  Eco  Measure  Installer.      Community   Comms   Limited   will   manage   multiple   ECO   Measures   venue   stands   on   Fund   Raising  Events   for   your   community.  Patrons  and   supporters  will   be   invited   to  partake   in  a  basic   survey   to  establish  if  they  or  members  of  their  family  are  eligible  for  FREE  or  heavily  subsidised  ECO  measures  for   their   properties.    When   eligibility   is   established   the   patrons   and   supporters   will   be   given   the  chance  to  book   in   for  a  FREE  no  obligation  Energy  Efficiency  Survey   to   finalise  an  application   for  a  FREE  or  heavily   subsidised  ECO  measure   for   their  property   In   the  event  where  an  ECO  Measure   is  installed  into  a  property  Community  Comms  Limited  will  pay  a  commission  to  your  community.    All  ECO  Measures  are  installed  to  reduce  properties  carbon  omissions  and  improve  our  environment.  Installers   are   paid   through   a   variety   of   funding   schemes   and   the   payments   are   based   on  what   is  called  the  LTS  (Life  Time  Saving)  of  an  ECO  measure.  All  Installations  are  given  an  LTS  score  and  as  a  result  a  mechanism  to  calculate   the  value  of  each  opportunity.  Commission  Payments   in   the   table  below  refer  to  the  payment  calculated  for  each  of  the  different  ECO  measures  available.

 Community  Comms  Limited’s  Exclusive  “Cause  Funding  “agreement  with  several  partners  for   Business   Products   and   services   as   an   example;   National   Utilities   Broker   Utilities   for  Business  (U  for  B).  U  for  B  have  contracts  with  all  of  the  major  energy  suppliers  which  gives  them  a  head  start  on  securing  the  lowest  prices  for  our  collective  communities  patrons  and  supporters,  prices  that  may  not  be  found  anywhere  else  when  restricted  to  one  supplier  for  solutions.    Community  Comms  Limited  can  manage  Utilities  for  Business  venue  stands  at  fund  raising  events  for  your  community.    Community  Comms  Limited  will  also  accept  leads  from  your  community’s associated business  network.    A  lead  will  be  taken  in  the  form  of  a  basic  Letter  of  Authority  (LOA)  A  signed  LOA  allows  Utilities  for  Business  access  to  the  relevant  information  to  create  a  quote  for  business  utilities.  Business  Owners,   Directors   and   key   decision  makers  will   be   invited   to   “Get   A  Quote”   on  their   SME   or   industrial   and   commercial   utility   contracts.   Where   savings   are   made   or  additional  benefits  found  the  patrons  and  supporters  will  be  invited  to  switch  their  business’  utilities  supply  to  a  cheaper  or  more  effective  solution.   In  the  event  where  a  utility  switch  takes  place  Community  Comms  Limited  will  pay  a  commission  to  your  community.    Community  Comms  Limited  also  has  an  exclusive  arrangement  with  Utilities  for  Business  to  offer   a   range   of   energy   management   services.   Again,   a   commission   will   be   paid   to   your  community  for  each  service  agreement  arranged.  The   significant   Commission   Values   vary   depending   on   utility   and   usage.   These   contracts  arrangements  would  be  made  on  a  case-­‐by-­‐case  basis.    E.G.  A  County  Football  Association  Building  recently  renewed  their  Energy  Contract  through  Community  Comms  –  We  were  able  to  secure  a  3-­‐year  fixed  deal  that  saved  a  total  of  £1200  per  year  -­‐  £3600  saving  and  The  FA  Grow  The  Game  Fund  receiving  £1056  in  commission.

 Community   Comms   Limited’s   Exclusive   “Cause   Funding“   agreement   with   Designer  Retailer.    Community  Comms  Limited  currently  has  two  Exclusive  “Cause  Funding“  agreements  with  Designer   Retailers.   Currently   negotiations   are   taking   place   to   create   a   venue   sales  model  and  agree  exclusive  commercials.      Community  Comms  Limited  can  manage  our  Designer  Retail  partner’s  venue  stands  at  Fund  Raising  Events  for  your  community. Community   Comms   Limited   will   finalise   the   agreement   we   will   use   on   21st   March   2018.  Commission  Values  are  currently  being  reviewed  due  to  the  recent  growth  in  our  collective  community  and  the  development  of  a  new  venue  sales  process  with  our  partners.    Patrons  and  supporters  will  be  invited  to  shop  on  line  (Via  URL  and  QR  Codes)  or  in  store  for  fashion  goods  and  accessories.  In  the  event  where  a  sale  takes  place.  Community  Comms  Limited  will  pay  a  commission  to  your  community.

 Community   Comms   Limited’s   Exclusive   “Cause   Funding   “agreement   with   International  Property  Agent  Suena  Property  Limited  http://www.suena-­‐property.com/      Community  Comms  Limited  will  manage  Suena  Property  Limited  venue  stands  at  fund  raising  events  for  your  community. Suena  Property  Limited  Representative  will  be  tasked  with  arranging  International  property  viewings   Patrons   and   supporters  will   be   invited   to  make   arrangements   to   visit   properties  abroad.  A  diary  of  appointments  will  be  booked   for  viewings  of  Suena  Property  Limited’s  amazing  property  portfolio.    Community  Comms  Limited  will  pay  a  commission  to  your  community when  a  lead  generates  a  property  sale.    Your  community will  receive  1%  of  the  total  value  of  the  sale.  With  an  average  sales  price  of  over  £300,000.  URL  and  QR  code  will  be  created  and  marketing  collateral  designed  for  customers  to  access  the  website  through  a  tracked  process  to  ensure  commissions  are  received  for  opportunities  taken  after  the  event  by  your  community’s patrons  and  supporters.

Proposed  Payment  Terms  All  sales  and  commissions  due  would  be  reported  on  a  monthly  basis.      Payments  are  made  quarterly  on  the  last  Friday  of  each  quarter.  Quarterly  invoices  to  be  raised  and  delivered  before  12-­‐noon  on  the  last  Thursday  of  each  quarter  for  payment  the  next  day.    Proposed  2018  Invoice  and  Payment  Dates  Quarter   Invoice  by  12  noon     Paid  1   Thursday  29th  March   Friday  30th  March  2   Thursday  28th  June   Friday  29th  June  3   Thursday  27th  September   Friday  28th  September  4   Thursday  20th  December   Friday  21st  December    Any  invoice  received  after  that  date  and  time  will  fall  -­‐  due  the  following  Friday.
