VNB COMMERCIAL LENDING TRAINING PROGRAMEarlier this year Virginia National Bank launched a Commercial Lending

Training program designed to create a new pathway for college-aged candidates or individuals that are interested in a career change into

banking

Course material is offered by the Center for Financing Training andupon completion of the coursework a Certificate in Business and CommercialLending is issued to the students Courses are offered online instructors arebankers and courses are transferable as college credits accredited by St

Josephrsquos College of Maine Coursework consists of 45 credit hours andincludes Principles of Banking Accounting Macroeconomics Statistics

Analyzing Financial Statements Commercial Lending among others After thecompletion of the coursework the next step is hands-on training with VNBs

experienced lenders
