Looking for ways to improve yourhealth and well-being? The NorWest Community Health Centres offers you theseFREE programs:

• Prenatal program for expecting mothers (partners are welcome).

• Play and Learn program for moms and their toddlers.

• A monthly breakfast program for parents and toddlers.

• A hygienist can assess your child’s teeth. Free fluoride varnish will also be applied to protect the teeth. For children and youth under the age of 18.

• Cooking group for moms to prepare low cost meals together (you pay $5 for food to take home).

• A program for people who want to learn how to cook.

• A monthly Living with Diabetes education program.

• Parenting program for caregivers of individuals affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD).

• For seniors, a monthly Senior’s Lunch program and weekly Senior’s Exercise program.

• A program for women to gain self esteem, manage stress, improve their relationships, etc.

• A weekly Tuesday evening Aboriginal Craft group.

Free snacks, and free child care is provided for many programs.
