This grant provides funding (2/2015-1/2017) for:

• CHI to run two 80 hour CHW Core Competency trainings for Kennedy CHC CHWs and CHWs from partner agencies.

• Kennedy CHC to develop and pilot a CHW Orientation Toolkit which standardizes the orientation process for new CHWs and standardizes the practice for current CHWs. The toolkit includes training materials, policies and procedures, basic education guidelines and resources.
