Downtown Cumberland, Decatur Heights, Virginia Avenue Corridor, and Gateway Corridor

Resolution will need to be approved at October 14th Mayor and City Council Meeting.

Applications are required to be submitted no later than October 29, 2008

Announcements are expected Spring/Summer ‘09
