Executive Summary WHAT A START TO 2016!! Key operational achievements this month include:

A truly incredible first half of 2016 with 1756 hours performed this year so far

We are 272 hours above our already incredibly ambitious 2016 budget

Our rate of growth continues to increase, as to our national preferred partnerships with numerous charities

Our ECNU Chapter supported their first event in June which was also our very first event in China ever

We had seven Chapter active this month – another fantastic result

We supported seven new NFPs for the first time: ECNU School of Geographic Sciences in their book recycling and Surf Life Saving NT

We have recruited the following new Chapters: Sydney; RMIT; Macquarie University; and University of Sydney.

Numerous initiatives for strategic growth continue:

1. Massive increase to our Volunteer Database with an increase of 13.07% on May largely driven by ISEC’s efforts in Qld 2. Both UQ Community Engagement Program (CEP) projects were completed with our Schools project taking out line honours

for the entire competition 3. Our Schools CEP team were so incredible that they have been appointed as our inaugural International Schools Expansion

Committee (ISEC). ISEC are charged with establishing Community Mates Chapters in schools across Australia and beyond.
