• Publicized three separate bid packages in Small Business Exchange, Oakland Post & Daily Pacific Builder
• Emailed copy of each advertisement above to over 150 community based organizations, 300+ Turner School graduates, City of Oakland and Alameda County Contract Compliance Divisions.
• Conducted three separate pre bid meetings –82 subcontractors attended all meetings
• Conducted one-on-one meetings with MBDA and HEBCo. Scheduled meetings with Minority Business Consortium and East Bay Small Business Council but did not happen.

Project’s Contract Awards
• Approximately 33 prime contractors will be awarded contracts
• Sub tier contracts are still outstanding and will be counted towards goals
• If Prime is not considered local, they must award 35% of their contract to a local business
• Once all contracts are awarded, project goals will be assessed
